After installing an ION 7550 meter i have differnt reading on the PF parameter.
one phase of the meter is giving out a low power factor which is affecting the KILOWATT output from this phase and as well the total kilowatt output of the meter in general.
See attached the screen shots of the reading on the meter.
What could have caused this disparity in the readings. I have checked the installation and seems all is fine.

Taye,
Can you provide a phasor diagram? The phase A negative kVAR while the other two phases are positive is an indication of some metering wiring issues.
Thanks.
