How to disable PQ Alarm on PM870

Dear All

is there anyone know how to disable PQ Alarm on PM870 ?

because i do it via ION Setup but it isn't successfull

i have been disable it and send the setting to the meter,

but when i check again, it still active

is anyone can help me ?

Hi @Arsyad_Azhar1 

Please not that PM800 series are obsolete and are not officially supported.

The PQ Alarm on the PM870 not disabling via ION Setup is likely due to the EN50160 Evaluation feature being enabled. When this feature is active, it reserves certain alarm positions for its own use, preventing manual changes, even if you send the settings to the meter.

So, please make sure EN50160 is disabled.
