Hello,
I would like some advice on why there are two sampling rates.
The HDPM6000 “installation guide” states the sampling rate is 160.
However, the “data sheet” states the sampling rate is 128.
Why are the sampling rates listed differently?
Regards,
Miyai

Hi @Miyai
If you check the latest edition of both HDPM6000 Installation guide and HDPM6000 Data sheet, you will find the same rate of 160 samples/cycle:

Sampling rate of HDPM6000R unit is 128 cycles.
Is this information correct?
The documentation for the HDPM6000 head unit states that the HDPM6000R has a 160 cycle rate.
I would like to know what is correct.

Miyai

Hi @Miyai
The HDPM meters all sample at 8000 samples per second, which works out to be 160 samples per cycle at 50Hz, and 133.3 samples per cycle at 60Hz. The table from the HDPM6000 Installation guide is correct.
