【HDPM6000】For measurement of current only

Hello,

Is there any way to measure current with the HDPM6000 with no voltage applied?

I am looking to measure only current circuits with HDPM6000 to replace BCPM C type.
However, we are looking for a solution because current values cannot be measured when no voltage is applied.

Is there a part to set up on the web browser?

Hi @Miyai 

As mentioned in HDPM6000 Installation Guide the HDPM6000 head unit includes three separate electrical components that must be connected in order to use the system:
voltage reference, power supply and CTs.

We suggest that the customer apply V1 voltage when replacing the BCPM type C.

You're welcome.

Please note that unlike PCPM, if only V1 voltage is applied to the HDPM6000, the meter will solely measure and calculate parameters for phase 1 until V2 and V3 are applied to obtain parameters for the other phases.
