I have 3 phase 4 wire 5600 meter on a 208 volt building service and have been getting low kw readings. The configuration is correct. The CT's and associated equipment all checks out. Any ideas??

Hello @Rjhar60 ,
There are a few common reasons why you might see this.
A) CT polarity is reversed for 1 or more CTs
B) CT connected to a different phase than voltage. Example: phase A voltage has Phase B CT
C) CT shorting block is such that current signal is not reaching the meter.
D) CT and PT ratios are not correct.
E) Other
Some information that would be very helpful.
Per phase voltage readings
Per phase current readings
Per phase power readings
Per phase power factor readings
Phase angles between voltage and current for each phase
Total power readings
Regards,
Charles

Your reply was helpful. We ended up finding that the meter pan was wired incorrectly for the E5600 meter We were using.
Thanks Charles!
