How to "clear" (or reset) PowerLogic PowerTag A9MEM1560 Zigbee sensor so it can be discovered on RP-C (EBO 4.0.1.86) via the USB Zigbee dongel? PowerTag is connecting successfully to Smartlink SI-B concentrator. After clicking the recycle bin symbol the PowerTag's LED blink code returns to be ready for pairing but the PowerTag can still not be discovered in EBO. PowerTag LED is blinking amber (yellow) to state "waiting for concentrator" as per PowerTag manual, it never goes Green. Also, is there a preferred Zigbee channel? Thank you!

Hello @PatrickDumas ,
For any question related to PowerTag, better ask here:
https://community.se.com/t5/Metering-Power-Quality/bd-p/power-metering
To answer your question: this is not possible.
I never heard that the PowerTag Sensors are compatible with the Smart-X Controllers from Buildings.
Only gateways like PowerTag Link, Smartlink SIB, Panel Server and the Harmony Hub can accept PowerTag Sensor.
Do you have some inputs about PowerTag + SmartX Controllers ?

@Romain_Polette sorry I some how moved your reply rather than original message. Copied your reply here.

Thank you
Some colleagues believe the PowerTag version V003.000.396 / SN: 3N-2019-02-1-0205-L2 is too old for EBO.
The 2020 production model works!
FYI:
Thanks again for jumping in!

Hi @PatrickDumas ,
I can ask to R&D for more information about the FW features.
According to your documentation, I found also:
https://www.se.com/ng/en/faqs/FA410650/
I can see that PowerTags are supported... PowerTag Sensors are also based on ZB Green Power technology. This is why you can pair some of them.

Hello, the integration is very recent (few weeks).
I will be in a position to provide more information by early March. We are currently preparing the communication assets from PowerTag side.
It is important to use the most recent firmware.
More info to come.

Hello @Patricia_LAUBIE, @Romain_Polette
I have a new case about how to integrate PowerTag A9 series to EBO via Zigbee, the same question was asked, is the Zigbee "pairing" and "clearing" process documented?
The pairing process is more of a EBO thing but the PowerTag A9 documentation should mention the firmware version required (as in a previous post).
More importantly the documentation should explain how to "clear" a PowerTag A9 sensor from a previous association (I was told to power-cycle a few times, is it true? If so, how many is a few: 3, 4 or 5 cycles?
Thank you,

Hello,
The pairing/unpairing process is specific to the Gateway/System.
These processes are, therefore, to be documented in each System documentation as it differs from one system to the other.
The person to contact to get this info is the PO of RP-C as I don't have this documentation in hand.
I'll get in touch with the relevant team in parallel.
Thanks
