Difference in decimal resolution between v2 and v3

Hello

I just noticed that the decimal resolution is different for the same meter when I download data in ION Setup v2 and v3 (v3 has less decimals) as you can see in the picture. Why does this happen? And how can I get more resolution in v3?

The majority of ION devices will always report values with 6 digits after the decimal point. Are you sure this is not a result of pulling in the information into Excel? Try either cut & paste into Notepad and/or Save As a text file or even CSV but open it up in Notepad to see if there are that many digits or not (there are ways to configure data log viewers to show fewer decimal places but that isn't done by default and requires customization of the table viewers).
