Dear All,
Last time when I check the event log of PCS+ 300A and found that:
1/The fault " Low Order Harm Disable" occurred many times.
2/Continue checking we found that there is very high temperature of IGBT L1: 83 Celsius degrees while others are L2: 65, L3: 48 degrees.
3/And the PCS+ derating to 80% so total output very limit with 54/ 300A only.
So I don't know what is the root course of this issue and how to fix it.
Thank Team very much to advice.

Hello Vinh NGUYEN,
Here below are my feedback.
For Q-1- For each harmonic order a limit is define. When this limit is reach , Active filter will generate
a “limit action” for this harmonic. It means when the current of a harmonic order exceeds the limit set point the harmonic order is disabled. If harmonics H5& H7 are disable by the action limit , a message low
harmonic will be display. Most of time this means there is capacitor bank downstream to the active filter CTs .
For Q-2- Possible reason for the temperature raise can be due to improper air flow which could be caused due to dust accumulation inside the IGBT heat sinks if the units were not maintained properly. Check for the Air flow from the top of the heat sink, I think cleaning the IGBT heat fins might be a possible containment action. Check whether the blowers are working fine.
Due to air flow pattern at the intake side of the heat sink plenum L1 IGBT tends to collect dirt fastest so it will be the first heat sink to clog in a dirty environment.
But still i am not much happy with the temperature difference between L1 IGBT L2 IGBT & L2 IGBT.
Unfortunately, the only way to be certain is to remove the heat sinks. So i recommend to remove all the 3-nos of heat sink and try to clean out the heat sink with compressed air, capture some images before and after cleaning for our references.
Then after re-assemble the heat sinks relaunch the Integrity test for 15min.
Please capture the temperature at beginning of test , after 15min that is at the end of the test .
I hope after cleaning the heat sink the L1 IGBT temperature should be normal like other phase IGBT's.
For Q-3- I could see the Inlet Temperature measure 42 deg C is bit high, normally when the IGBT temperature get increased above it set point, Unit will get de-rate, so follow my suggestion that i provided for Q2, that will resolve this issue. Ensure the Site environment is good, it means a proper Ventilation was set for our AHF to have proper Air flow.
Please raise a BFO Case in CCC, we don't use this forum to discuss more in detail.
Note: After following all the above process, if still you have any question, i recommend you to raise a BFO case through your country "CCC" team, Customer Care Center. Here below attached the link in both English and Vietnamese.

Vietnamese

As i mentioned if you still have any question and if you have any concerns , Please approach us through BFO with below details
a) Product Commercial reference - Image capture
b) Unit Serial number.
c) Event log file
e) If you had RED Flag, press it and then capture the event that display in the HMI.
f) How long this unit was working in the customer site
g) What is the kind of environment is our AHF installed.
h) Single line diagram.( It need to capture the CT position's and the load's details).
i) Nature of load connected to AHF, Do all the non-linear load are installed with 3% line reactor.
j) Do any capacitor bank located at the downstream of the AHF.
Regards
