PQ instrument for MV / HV application

Hi,

I need a PQ meter that meets requirements: 

voltage quality analyzers that measure with high time resolution without gaps in measurement data. The agreement also covers calibration/other service. The supplier must deliver instruments that meet both the Power Quality Analyzer (PQA) (voltage quality analyzer), Digital Fault Recorder (DFR) (fault recorder) and Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) (vector meter).

What kind of meter meets this requirements? 

I do think it need`s to send reports pr. email.

Note that these meters will need instrument Voltage transformers to stepdown MV to levels meter can support.

Hi Charles,

very familliar with the ION9000T, but this needs PME to work properly. This instrument can`t generate PQ reports and send to customer by it selv. The application is monitoring of grid transformers etc.
