Hi everyone!
We are developing a metering system for a client. This system is composed of PM5560 and PM800 meters.
A PM800 has a different Password and nobody knows it. Is there any way to reset the password?
We need it to change the comms configuration to add it to the metering chain.
Thanks!
Regards.
Hello @Veronika1,
If you are able to locate the meter's serial number, you should be able to contact support to help. Note that PM800 meters are considered obsolete.
If the PM800 is spelling mistake and you are asking for PM8000 meter, the answer is a little different. PM8000 meters it is not possible to reset the passwords. PM8000 user guide does have a note to write down password and store in a safe location.
Regards,
Charles
