Configuring the PM8000 via ION Setup in offline mode

Hello!

I need to configure the PM8000 using the ION Setup program without a physical device (offline). The manual says that there is a special .exe file for this. Where can I find this file?

Looking through the latest version of the PM8000 manual, 7EN02-0336-10 I do not see any reference to offline meter. There is no offline version of configuring the PM8000 meter with ION Setup.
