I have a case regarding to network setup on ION8600 meter.
I cannot access the network setup via front panel ION8600 meter and here the screenshots:
Here is the serial number of this meter:

I need advice from all of you.

Your device has hardware lock option you have to set it to test mode.

The "Not Available" being displayed when attempting to access the network setup indicates some type of Ethernet module issue. One thing you can try is to find a working TCP connection and plug into the 10Base-T connector to see if the LEDs begin blinking (one should go solid ON, the other blink if there is TCP traffic). If the LEDs are not working (and you know that the connection is working), then it is likely some type of issue with the device's comm card.
You could also try to plug a PC into the RS-232 port to try and communicate using ION Setup to see if the Ethernet module is being discovered or not by the device.
