question about the parallel connection, in the installation manual it is just mentioned the modbus serial through RJ45 connector pin-out, but the manual doesn't mention anything about the parallel connection pin-out, so is it T-568A to T-568A or T-568A to T-568B???

T-568B to T-568B works.

We strongly recommend to use quality wires provided by SE.
