Hi All
In addition to the protocol mentioned below, does ION9000 also support the 1PPS time synchronization protocol? Thanks

No, the ION9000 does not support 1PPS for time synchronization. The internal clock typical drift is about 2ppm (5 seconds per 30 days).
Never user more than one external synchronization source at a time. The ION9000 supports the following methods for time adjustment and synchronization:
1. PTP
2. IRIG-B (demodulated)
3. NTP (and SNTP)
4. ION Protocol (serial or Ethernet)
5. serial RS485: Truetime/Datum, Arbiter, or Arbiter-Vorne
6. Line Frequency (relative to configured Nominal Frequency)
