Cause
If running a Hosted Instance or on a Premise then a Windows 7 Client Workstation may be used but is not recommended nor supported. We ask that you use Windows 10 for Hosted clients.
However, if your solution is a Premise install, then the Windows Server must be a Server operating system. If you have set up a Premise install on a Windows 7 PC and it works, please note that this is not a supported application and will not be supported. You must upgrade your machine to Windows 10, Server 2016, or Server 2019.
Resolution
Only use supported Windows Operation Systems such as Server 2016 or Server 2019.
