Issue
When installing the TAC Vista OPC server it doesn't show up as a Windows service like it should.

Cause
A valid license for the TAC Vista OPC server must be installed before installing The OPC server.
Resolution
- Uninstall the OPC software
- Install a valid license for the TAC Vista OPC server.
- Reinstall the OPC software
