Get started with EcoStruxure IT

Once you are logged in to EcoStruxure IT, notifications provide tips and recommendations depending on your subscription.   If you subscribe to IT Expert, you'll get announcements about new features and notifications about Gateway software updates and firmware updates for your monitored devices.   If you have a Gateway connected without an IT Expert subscription, you'll only see notifications about Gateway software updates.

Getting started with EcoStruxure IT is easy!   Sign up for free, download the Gateway software, and install the app on your phone.   1. Create an EcoStruxure IT account here. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the EcoStruxure IT Gateway software.  3. Configure the Gateway software. Checklist and Instructions 4.
