Once you are logged in to EcoStruxure IT, notifications provide tips and recommendations depending on your subscription.

If you subscribe to IT Expert, you'll get announcements about new features and notifications about Gateway software updates and firmware updates for your monitored devices.

If you have a Gateway connected without an IT Expert subscription, you'll only see notifications about Gateway software updates.
