Yes today Com'X doesn't support any SMTP with encryption/transport layer SSL/TLS security , in the next release this will be possible , but you can use google unencrypted restricted Gmail SMTP server aspmx.l.google.com,
Port 25
(Per user receiving limits apply. This option restricts sending messages to Gmail or G Suite users only, mail can only be sent to Gmail or G Suite users, TLS not required......)
Use SMTP settings to send mail from a printer, scanner, or app - G Suite Administrator Help
On com'x user guide you will find how to configure a publication/ cvs export using SMTP protocol
1. Click Settings > General Settings > Publication.
2. Select CSV export in the Destination platform drop-down list.
3. Select SMTP in the Protocol drop-down list.
4. Type the address of the server transporting the data in the Server field aspmx.l.google.com
5. Type the outgoing delivery port in the Port field. select 25.
6. Select No in the Authentication required field
7. Save changes

The Com'x platform doesn't support SMTP with SSL or TLS. Hence gmail will not work

Hi All,
I would like to share the tutorial I prepared to configure Gmail using the new Com'X510 firmware (v.4.0.10).
As you know the Com'X510 v.4.0.10 support SMTP, so now it's possible to use the smtp.gmail server.

I hope it would be helpful !!
Best regards,

Hi William
Thank you for sharing. In the absence Gmail server I had to use SMTP2GO but now is good to know that we can use Gmail.
