We have a customer site with EGX300. The EGX exports the CSV and the provider (Acron) imports the CSV.
Now the customer expands his site but have to use the ComX. Now the Acron provider can not read the Linux based ComX CSV export anymore (EGX was Windows based).
Do you know a workaround for the customer?
