HI
I deploy a web site program used to receive alarm information from Netbotz and DCE,
However, today in the view of the log found that NetBotz made out of the content, there is an error (httppost.xml.txt)
Specifically is not complete,
HTTP get the last part of the paper is "error-code= nbVarQueryCGI_parseerror" >Error: "parse failed
But to view the FTP upload files, is correct, what is the reason for this? Thank you

Hi Guancy,
the API is not really supported by tech support but I did speak with one of the engineers on this. Here's basically what was said:
**************************************
One thing I notice is that Guanyc has an old version of the bot firmware. I guess it’s the currently shipping version of the firmware (4.4). I don’t think the newest version will fix this issue but something he/she may want to be aware of as we have made some improvements in other areas of the product such as security.
Anyway, with regard to the specific issue. There isn’t enough information available in his post to figure out what’s up. It might help if Guanyc made a backup of the NetBotz configuration and provided that so that we can restore that to a bot. There are two places in the code where the message can be generated. Both involving calling a 3rd party package that parses XML. If for some reason there is an error in the parse operation then the error that was noticed will be generated.
Specifically, it would help to know all the details around the Alert Profile, Alert Action and the sensors involved including the labels used. I am wondering if there could be some characters in the label that could be confusing the XML parser. I tried injecting some “special” characters such as “<” and “>” but the bot code recodes those as “<” and “>” respectively as I would expect. Maybe there are some other characters that could cause the issue? I tried to put some international characters in (in this case some Chinese characters) but that didn’t cause any issue either.
****************************************
Also, I was thinking that perhaps in your own troubleshooting, you could make each aspect such as the sensor name, any threshold, profile, etc has the most simple naming as possible to see if they're on the right track.
Thanks,
Steve.

Hello, Thanks for reply, Recently a little busy, no time to reply. Well, my label is Chinese, But FTP is right. In "Profile Alert" in the URL I did not add any parameters, Annex is some information, including backup, Web, etc.
