The DCIM software landing page has been updated on se.com and now includes editorial content migrated from ecostruxureit.com! This will facilitate a more seamless online journey.
The EcoStruxure IT login has moved to https://se.com/dcim. SSO configured in IT Expert will not be impacted.
On July 31, automatic redirects will be implemented from https://ecostruxureit.com to the https://se.com/dcim software landing page.
Please take the time now to bookmark your https://se.com/dcim country page. Have a look at the updated content, and use this link to log in to EcoStruxure IT.
Go to https://se.com/dcim and click Partners to log in to your EcoStruxure IT account.

@JLehr - does SE expect us to log in to this new site now? Are they going to migrate accounts?
I'm asking because I can log in to the "old" site with my credentials; however, any attempt at the "new" site with those same credentials - using the Existing customer log in - fails with the error message, Wrong email or password.

Hi @LarryK.
Yes, you will log in to IT Expert from se.com/DCIM instead of from ecostruxureit.com. There are no changes to EcoStruxure IT accounts.
Your ITE credentials should work. Mine do. If not, please contact support.

Yeah, well, with a series of back-and-forth emails and screenshots, there's just ONE thing missing from this bit of information.
Once on the se.com/dcim site, you have to click on the Partners tab FIRST, and THEN click on the "Existing partner log in" button - otherwise, the generic instructions do not work.
