Hi guys,
Recently I did some configuration at the DCE Server Access by changing its default SSL certificate to our org signed certificate. After the configuration was made, its pop up a notification that said "DCE might log out or reboot".
But nothing happen, neither the DCE logged out nor reboot. Now, I can't access the DCE at all through web or console.
Any advise to rectify this?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Khairul,
Sorry but you'll need to contact tech support directly if you need to log into that server again. A rep will need to assist with access to the server and delete the cert you've added. Especially if it is a chain cert, please see k-base FA225532.
If the server was just deployed, you could also simply redeploy if a VM or restore the server if it is a hardware server.
Thanks,
Steve
