New firmware is not showing up in EcostruxureIT Expert Management

I added a few UPSs with AP9630/31 NMCs to my EcostruxureIT gateway, and updated them to 6.6.4, via EcostruxureIT Expert in the management section.  One of the AP9631s is now alerting whenever the network card is rebooted if the temperature probe is connected.  I was looking to see if there were any bugs or notes for this firmware, and noticed the most current version is 6.7.2.  Why is ITE only showing v6.6.4 and not grabbing the new versions?  The documentation says new firmware will show up as soon as it's released.  I'd also like to know if there's a way to manually have it check for updates in case there is an issue with the gateway not being able to reach the server due to a firewall rule or web filtering rule.
