Liebert RDU-A G2 DDF for DCE

Dear Team,

Kindly, do we have ddf files for DCE which will enable me monitor the below Liebert unit.

Can I also have the same ddf files for NetBotz using the NetBotz Device monitoring lincese inorder to have sharing of sensors.

Hi Felix, They're not making the DDFs for NetBotz currently. I am letting product management know that these requests are coming in though so there may be something going forward. Steve

Hi Felix, Looks we do not already have a direct DDF for the said model in our repository. I would like to know if its and SNMP or MODBUS supported device . To request a DDF we need following things. For SNMP DDF, -Walk file of the device, which can be generated by running the SNMP walk script which can be downloaded at the following link. http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=EN&locale=en_US&id=FA158391 -MIB file for the Device -Filled SNMP request form (attached) For MODBUS DDF -Register Map of the Device -Filled Modbus Request form(attached) With the above information you can raise a request for a new DDF at https://dcimsupport.apc.com/devices Thanks and Regards, Mohan Gowda
