Hi team,
we have an installation with ITA 9.4.2 and we do not see the Capacity KPIs in the web client, desktop client and the API. We have the Capacitity license with space for 5 more racks.
KPI history is enabled in desktop client.
Any idea?

Hi Javier,
Wondering if you've checked when the kpi's 'last recording' was listed.
Just in case, in desktop client, go to Tools > Preferences > Capacity History
make sure 'Enable KPI' option is checked
change the 'Schedule at' time
and then click OK.
That should restart the jobs in background.
And then check the setup after some hours (or after a day) depending on when the KPI jobs did run.
Hope that helps, otherwise it may need to be investigated.

Hopefully you were able to find an answer to your problem, but I was looking at the image in the reply from Jef and your image and noticed that the format of the Schedule at field is different. Maybe this is a possible issue with why it isn't running?

Hi Cory, we upgraded to ITA 9.4.4 and also clear the capacity history and now we see data in ITA. Maybe it was also a space problem in the server, we had to clean logs.
