Hi Sven,

Never hearing of a tendering text, I decided to look into it. Product management was also unfamiliar with this type of request. From what I read (without an exact match) it appears to be similar to a request for tender. Basically a bid spec? If this is even close to what you're looking for, I suggest reaching out to your local sales people. 

If you've got a different wording for this or something more specific, maybe we can assist. 

Anyone else familiar with this type of request, please feel free to help out here.
