As far as I know, Its not possible to integrate this make Cameras with DCE for Surveillance monitoring by enabling DCE Surveillance monitoring license as the way we do for Netbotz Cameras. DCE supports only the Netbotz camera pods and Selected Pelco cameras mentioned in the K-base here.
If this NVR supports SNMP version 1 or 3, then you may request the SNMP DDF file to show the parameters(not camera surveillance under Surveillance option in DCE) which it can be polled via SNMP in DCE. I have faced some problems with this make in integrating the parameters in DCE software via SNMP. Therefore, please check the SNMP parameters which can be polled by using the SNMP Utility. For example: I could see the ObjectID when I did the SNMP walk by using the utility for APC products or other SNMP products. But, could not get the NVR Object ID when I did the SNMP walk to this similar devices of this make. Therefore, please check whether this can provide the walk result which includes the ObjectID.
