Hi Alan, I could locate the app on my android-Google Play Store. I am not sure if it is removed for other countries. I let other community experts to provide their suggestion.

Hi Alan,

That's correct, VIZOR seems to be removed from App Store (by Apple). Not sure if because it was outdated or else agreements. That was designed to be downloaded (and installed on iPhone) directly from App store, so unfortunately there is no alternative source (other than Google Play store for Android).

However, 7.5 is getting old & outdated, and if you/customer(s) should be concerned about Cyber security and server Performance, then it is highly recommended to upgrade the product to 8.x (currently 8.1).

DCO 8.x offers many enhancements and new features, including support for web client. "similar to vizor", web client would also show us the capacity overview for our data center. Here is an illustration from my 8.1 test server:

Hi, Vizor isn`t available for download anymore. Can you tell me what app can I use for mobie devices?

It can`t be cloud based & it has to get notification & data from DCE & DCO

Dear Boris Majdandzic,

At the moment, the concept of the latest software DCO-8.x is such, that it is suggested to use only the DCO web-GUI interface on the mobile devices. I.e., the support of a special mobile application has long been discontinued.

The same applies to the latest software DCE-7.x, i.e. it is suggested to use only the DCE web-GUI. By the way, DCE web-GUI looks great and works on both smartphones and tablets.

It does help a bit, but problem is my boss promissed mobile app(VIZOR). Is there a way to use gateway for mobile without?

Problem seems to be that my boss didn`t recive notification that it is declined.

Hi Boris,

That's correct, Vizor have been retired long time ago.  As a sort of replacement use the web-client, that is also supported on Android/iOS smart phones (StruxureWare Data Center Operation Web Client).

I do not have this mobile application. The main thing - this mobile application is not compatible with DCO-8.x (it is intended only for DCO-7.x).

Sorry, lost my thought on first one. Exostructure has mobile app, but it is cloud based. Is there a way to use it wihout cloud, so they can install it & monitor the DCE?
