After installing PX-HID AP9361 and getting everything online in DCE I am unable to setup door thresholds. When I go to create thresholds the "door" is in grey unable to select it. The HID is functioning fine via remote and HID card to unlock. Just DCE won't see the door to create thesholds for it. I have rebooted the HID, upgraded firmware and re-seated all cables and the HID responds to everything. Also these are brand new AP9361's.

Hi Ryan Reid,
Please, what is your version of DCE-server?
With respect.

Hi Ryan,
For this device, use the "Other State" threshold:
Once there, choose state or state for time etc, whichever you want:
Then you can choose the state/status that you want to create a threshold for:
.
Please note that any alert that already exists on the device itself will automatically get sent to the DCE server and in turn should alarm based on it's associated policy.
Thanks,
Steve

Was this a change in the new DCE 7.4.3? because I have installed hundreds of AP9361's and creating thresholds "door" was available to set them up.

Hi Ryan,
I hadn't noticed and I'm not sure when it may have changed. I did check 7.2.7 and it appears to have thresholds to set in both other state:
as well as under door:
I'm not sure anyone caught this but I'll log it as a bug.
