DCE: NetBotz appliance communication alert recipients?
In DCE, how to configure the recipients of e-mail notification related to communication errors with NetBotz appliances?
It seems that by default, all users with a defined e-mail address receive the alert by e-mail and as I used remote users, their e-mail address are automatically imported from Active Directory

Hi Yannic,
Yes, that is the default behavior. If you check the release notes for 7.4 however:
You'll see that this function has been addressed:
Edit email address for remote users
You can now change the email address for LDAP and Active Directory users.

Hi Steve
Thanks for your answer and the reference to the last release note
I can see my question is in fact a Know Issue in DCE 7.3.1 and 7.4
"NetBotz Lost Communication Email Notifications are Sent to All Users"
It seems that unfortunately the Know issues are not indexed, I was not able to find it through the "Search" function of the help.se-dmaas.com

Hi Yannic, Yes, I had a hard time finding it too. Someone else also made note of that. I actually found it more easily on the release notes that were installed in the product. Either way though, 7.4 should be a resolution to your issue. Steve
