DCE EcoStructure Gateway Regitration

I have installed and configured the EcoStructure gateway successfully. I now want to connect my instance of DCE directly and remove the software gateway.

I have DCE to the point were a code is generated and Im taken to the web page to connect, When I connect i get the message "Connecting Data Center Expert to EcoStruxure IT Expert is not permitted."

I have been through all the documentation i can find on how this process works, everything i have read suggests that this is a simple process.

Hi

DCE only works with the "EcoStruxure Asset Advisor", it does not work with "EcoStruxure IT Expert" - and therefore it is not possible to connect DCE when you have "EcoStruxure IT Expert" - "EcoStruxure IT Expert" requires the "EcoStructure gateway".
