May I know the PDU Make and Model number?
APC Intelligent PDUs or network enabled PDUs allow the Customers to configure an email to receive email alerts when the alarms occur.
For example:
If you are referring to the PDUs which are already discovered in DCE software, then you can follow the below Video tutorial to configure an email notification. You can also create Custom thresholds for the PDU sensors values and associate to DCE Notification policy to receive email alerts.
