I'm trying to setup email alerts for PDUs in StruxureWare DCE 7.5. I've configured and successfully tested the server email settings. However, when I created an alarm action to email me, the test email never reaches me, nor do any alerts. The default notifications policy has been updated with the alarm action I have created. Any idea's how to troubleshoot this?

Does DCE showed the alarm in alarm tab?
Check the severity of the alarm you test against the severity of the alarm action you set for email.
e.g if the email alert action is set to be triggered for critical and the alarm test is only warning, no email will be sent.
Lastly, screen shots of the said alarm, created alarm action and policy will definitely help in both describing and finding the solution.
