Dear Genjua,
As far as I know, it is not possible to make DCE as SNMP Trap receiver for third party products.
In order to integrate third party devices and view the alarms, you need to submit a device support request for Device Definition File(DDF) creation if the third party devices support SNMP protocol. Based on DDF request with SNMP Walk file and Management Information Base(MIB) files, you can view the device sensors values and device alarms. It is also possible to create custom thresholds for the third party product sensor values so that you can also view the alarms when the threshold exceeds or value changes.
I hope this helps.

Bala
