Do you have DCE software monitoring Netbotz Camera? If so, please refer the below tip on how to enable Surveillance here.
If you do not have DCE and if you want to view the Netbotz camera recording/surveillance, then I would suggest you to consider the DCE software for your surveillance. In my opinion without DCE, Netbotz camera is used for motion detection and the motion alert can be received from the appliance via email alert with pictures, and the surveillance video can be viewed under Alerts view. Netbotz inbuilt storage is limited, and therefore you will need to consider extending the storage of the Netbotz appliance by using the external storage option.
Step 1: For integrated cameras or cameras connected to the appliance, double-click the Camera Pods icon.
Step 2: Select the camera you wish to configure from the list and use the available buttons to complete the configuration
Capture is used to configure the camera image capture settings.
Step 3: Create an alert threshold for the Camera by clicking on Sensor. Enable Camera Images to be included in the email alert.
Step 4: Associate the camera Alert Threshold to a profile–Email Alert action
Step 5: If you want to view the Camera pictures sequence for the camera motion, go to Alerts View, and select the Camera Pod to view the Alerts and their Camera video.
Once you added the external storage, make sure to increase the Sensor value history period.
You may also consider using the Period Reports to receive the Camera Motion detected pictures.
