I can't connect from StruxtureWare Portal to PME

From Portal Liferay I set "Connect to StruxtureWare System" my URL's PME with user and psw but when I try to add a portlet PME the proble occurs "Failed to get list of locations. Location lists may not be accurate"

I tried to set url ad ip adress but the probled remains

Hi Raffaele,

I think the instructions on how to configure Portal to work with "PME xx DC Edition" should be located in

Documentation > DataCenter > "PowerMonitoringExpert_DC_Ed_Installation_Commissioning_Guide" on the PME x.x DC Edition ISO.

Please notice that this might only work for PME x.x DC Edition, not "regular" PME. The portlets are very specific to data centers.

I am having the same exact issue. I have verified my customer is using PME 8.2 DC Edition. I need help to understand what must be done on the portal side in order to integrate with PME. I have entered the correct information such as host name, IP address, and credentials. However, there is no documentation on the help.se-dmaas.com site that goes into any detail on if I need to use a specific URL to access the web services or not. Is there anyone who can provide assistance with this.
