Camera POD165 and DCE

Hi team,

Is it possible to add Netbotz camera 165 in DCE directly without a Netbotz 750? We have a customer with USB cameras and we would like to change them to these new IP cameras with better resolution, but connecting them directly to DCE.

If it is possible, do we need licenses for the cameras as a node or only for the surveillance? Because these cameras do not have environmental sensors, we think a licence node woul not be necessary.

Hi @jzurera ,

Sorry but if you want images, you must add it through a 750 or 755 and then add that unit to DCE.

I believe you can add it as an SNMP device but that really won't help and you'll get no images.
