Hi,
A client of ours has been running a Netbotz 750 running v5.2.0. The appliance has 5 room sensors pods, 2 of the last pods each have 2 Spot Fluid sensor and a door switch sensor. 6 dry contact sensors are connected to integrated sensor pod and we have 4 x camera pod 165s networked back to the appliance directly.
The appliance has stopped functioning with the web interface only giving us HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /. Reason: Service Unavailable
We have so far attempted a few power cycles and the appliance does not seem to get web services started. We have looked at the boot sequence via a serial connection and have not being able to see any errors expect for being very slow. We are also able to connect to it via serial.
We can ping the device but it does not seem like a number critical services are not starting up. Figured we would try a firmware update to 5.2.2 but we could not connect via FTP or SCP.
Any suggestions would be welcome. This is the second appliance swapped as the original could only display the cameras and no other sensors.

Hi @KevinK ,
I've not seen this occur other than with the original firmware which is always recommended to immediately be updated or the initial update from that version. In any case, The only resolution is to reset the unit to defaults, Please follow the k-base here:

Please be sure to both use the reset and cleandb commands,

Hi...i face this issue for almost 8 month now...
Do it works definetely when you reboot your netbotz?
In my case, it works 20 days max and Error 503 come again...
