The issue stems from an incorrect commercial reference provided by SEPAM to PAS (panel server). This discrepancy is due to a SEPAM firm issue, and unfortunately, there is no ongoing development within SEPAM to address it. Consequently, there is currently no documentation available for SEPAM in EEH, and the SEPAM Serial number remains unlisted in EEH.

Hello @Vivian_Wang
Panel Server discover automaticaly downstream products (SEPAM and other products) thanks the Modbus Function Code 43/14.... However if the downstream connected product does not support the function or reply with wrong info, the product will not be added in the Panel Server (PaS).
However I think that the work-around solution can be to discover it manually in the PaS.
Please do a test by manually add the SEPAM in the Panel Server and manually select the SEPAM Model. (Screenshot hereunder)
Please also Confirm us if it it solves the problem.
