Hello,
We're a Service Provider and just purchased the EcoStruxure Energy Hub Plus Advanced Data API for one of our client's sites. Our client's dev team needs the data keys.
The "Submit Request Access" part is confusing us.
In the Service Provider $\to$ Client Data-Sharing model, what is the exact sequence of next steps to get the API running?
Do we (the subscription holder) click "Submit Request Access" on the Exchange page?
How/where do we get the Client ID and Secret? Is this automatic, or do we have to wait for SE to contact us?
Where is the definitive documentation for the GraphQL endpoint and the token-generation process (OAuth 2.0)?
We need the practical steps to successfully hand off the credentials and documentation to our client. Thanks!

Hello @Thomas19 ,
Here are my answers to your three questions:
1. Does the subscription holder need to click "Submit Access Request" on the Exchange page?
You do not need to submit the access request on SE Exchange.
Activation is done directly on the EEH web portal under CONFIGURATION > Subscription. => Refer to Screenshot 1
2.How/where do I get the client ID and secret? Is it automatic or do we have to wait for SE to contact us?
After activating the API, you should see an additional "Integrations" tab in the configuration. Go to this tab and click on button "Create a new access client" to generate a client ID and secret => refer to Screenshot 2
3. Where can I find the complete documentation for the GraphQL endpoint and the token generation process (OAuth 2.0)?
