Hello,
Is there a limit to the number of users that can be invited to one Energy Hub organisation? I have a customer who is looking to bring Energy Hub to a number of sites and setup users for the various sites, but cannot find any limits on the numbers of users that can be invited.
Thanks,
Anna

Hi Anna,
Thank you for you question. See below.
There is no limit to the number of users that can be invited to an Energy Hub organisation.
I would recommend having at least 1 Admin user (or other roles such as viewer) who has access to all sites. This way they can see the roll up of energy usage for all sites, as well as down to each individual site. Then, you can follow these steps to manage users with access only to certain sites.
1. Create your different sites under the organisation (e.g. one site per building) in the system setup
2. Under Users, go to the Access tab and select "Create new access permissions"
3. Create an access permission for each site.
4. In Users>>Invitations, invite users and assign them with the appropriate access permission.
