Custom model web alarm

Can I create a web alarm with devices created by custom model?

What do you mean by "web alarm" ? 

if you refer to EEH on line help(Energy Hub alarms (list)) do you speak of "device based" alarm or "software alarm" ?

I am trying to pick up a Digital input point from a Power meter via high level interface to EEH.

I use EPC custom model and create a mobus device on the PAS. I can see the status change on PAS.

However, when I link it to EEH, I cannot see the status and I cannot set the alarm via the web alarm interface. Please advise.
