Branch Circuit Meter Device Credits

Hello all,

I am commissioning EEH on a site with many HDPM6000 branch circuit meters. This site only has 10 device credits and over 10 meters, but my concern is that EEH is reporting that there are 2,311 device credits being used. I have 37 total devices connected to a Site Server, not 2,311. Will this error affect the functionality of EEH?

Yes this error affect the functionality of EEH and it is mandatory to have active subscription for all the connected product. I advise you to create a ticket on Customer Care Center to help you to solve this situation.
