Add different sites to one EEH organization

Hi Support,
I have three offices and we got 3 Site Servers(One per office).
  • Is it possible to add them to one organization in EEH?
  • Also how many modules do I need to purchase?
Thanks

Hello Diego.

Within the same organization, you can add multiple Site Servers.

You can add Regions, sites and site layouts to have the best logical entity that represents your business.

Once you have the different elements that define your organization model, each Site Server is added as a Gateway that connects assets and devices to EEH.

Please refer to EEH online help and navigate to Get Started -> Basic Setup. You will find information for
  1. Users
  2. Organizations
  3. Assets, devices, and gateways
  4. Application modules

For your second question, as the 3 site servers are under the same organization. You need only one module.
For example, if you would like to have Energy Code Compliance (ECC), and Electrical Distribution Monitoring and Alarming (EDMA). You will need one of each for your organization.

I trust this helps, please let me know if further clarification is required.
