The License Server does not start automatically when the server reboots.

Environment
- Building Operation Licensing
Cause
The License server is attempting to start before some dependent process has started.
Resolution
- To edit the FlexNet Service go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
- Right click on FlexNet Licensing Service and FlexNet Licensing Service 64 and select Properties.
- Change the Startup Type from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start)
