Issue
Attempting to add StruxureWare Building Operation ES license using the entitlement id, getting error in error that the server can not be contacted.
Environment
StruxureWare Building Operation License Server
Cause
The machine does not have Internet connection
Resolution
In order to activate a license using an entitlement ID Internet connection is required to validate at the Schneider Electric main license server.
