I have a Wiser Thermostat kit 3.

I set up the system following instructions and all seemed fine, same backplate as the LP522 it replaced, however when I increase the temperature on one of the room thermostats, the boiler didn't start up.

The Hubr made the call for heating as the light came on, the thermostat had the flame symbol but nothing from the boiler. Replaced the original LP522 controller, boosted heat and the boiler started fine.

The boiler is a Ideal Icos HE18. Setup the Hubr as Standard boiler type Gas.

Any ideas? I have contacted support for help have some time before I return it to Amazon.
