PowerLogic PM5560 negative KW reading

We have just installed (4) PM5560 meters. All units are displaying negative KW. Electricians have checked wiring and believe the meters are installed correctly. Here is the readout on one of the meters;

Vavg 489.92 V

Iavg 16.16 A

Ptot  -9.3417 KW

E Del  0.000 WH

Any ideas what to check?

How about the Power Factor (per phase and total)?

And per phase Voltage and Current?
