From the screenshot, it appears that you are attempting to load version 1.7 firmware. What is the current version of the device?
It is also unclear if you are upgrading, based on the title of your post, or trying to create a new database, which is the error shown in the screenshot. Please provide additional detail of what you are attempting to do/achieve
In most cases, if you are performing a New database, it is best to place the device in DFU mode (Resetting a SmartStruxure Server Device to DFU Mode) and upgrade using the USB port.
The articles listed below may assist if you continue to have issues.
Unable to load new database into AS-P - Communities
Unable to upgrade AS-P to V3.2.x using USB - Communities (se.com)

In addition to @RobertAndriolos comment, AS-P only supports 1.7.2 and higher.

I have the Device Administrator 3.2.1.60.
I find my new AS-P Controller but sais Product ID = Unknown.
When i move to DFU Mode the device is not shown any more in the Device Administration.
When i trie to Upgrade the Database i get the errror:
DevAdmin3Operation NEW_DATABASE failed: ERROR: Unable to determine version of installed se-nsp-server: (DevAdmin3Operation: NEW_DATABASE, current DA3Cmd: list)
